Responsibilities /Responsabilités:
Interface with Clients on Inventory issues and discrepancies in all North American facilities
- Reconcile client system balances and Technicolor system balances
- Analysis of monetary claims from clients for inventory issues
- Initiate resolution of client issues with local Inventory Accounting departments
- Root cause analysis of system discrepancies and variances
- Daily reporting for clients and Technicolor internal on issues
- Balanci! ng for large physical inventories and variance resolution !
- Assist local inventory accounting with physical inventory execution
- Weekly meetings with clients on inventory issues
- Weekly and monthly reporting for upper management
- Weekly and monthly KPI reports for clients and management
- Able to communicate effectively with upper management and clients
- Insurance reports for Inventory for all North American facilities
- Must have ability to problem solve
- Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.)
from four-year college or university; or at least two years related inventory
management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education
and experience. Accounting background preferred. Mu! st be proficient with MS
Office Suite. Prior experience utilizing warehouse management applications
preferred, AS400/JBA experience in particular preferred.
Must be extremely detail oriented, able to effectively interface with others
and must be experienced with inventory systems.
