Summary
The Director of Physician Practice Management is a key position that direct and help sustain the success multiple physician practices, clinics and offices. The director is responsible for strategic planning, budget preparation and execution as well as supervising the Practice Managers, Office Manager, Team Leaders, Medical Assistants. Provides support and acts as a liaison to the Physicians, Administrators, Medical Director and Board of Directors.

Responsibilities
Ensuring implementation o! f all Policies and Procedures for departments and physician pr! actices.

Develop plans and budgets on strategic, tactical and operating levels for and with each practice; directing the implementation of these plans and budgets; and generally helping ensure the success of each practice in healthcare delivery and financial terms.

Supervising the Practice Managers, Officer Managers and Supervisors of each physician practice, guiding and assisting them in managing their operations, and leading implementation teams on projects and initiatives.

Creates and maintains a work environment that is Patient Centered through orientation, training, feedback from patient surveys, and other sources.

Meeting with and providing administrative support to physicians and serving as their go-to resource for implementation of policies, procedures and principles.

Committed and supportive to the Clinic’s Mission, Vision, Values and Goals through leadership and activities both within the organization and outside with! in the community.

Develops and maintains professional relationships with other Medical Groups, Hospitals, Outpatient Providers, etc.

Ensures physician practices are compliant with
Applicable State Department of Health Licensure Regulations
HIPAA Regulations
CLIA Requirements
Medicare and Medicaid requirements and regulations
Third Party Payor

Identify and develop potential physician shareholders/affiliates and or business partners for future development.
