Description: National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) is at present recruited IT Training Assistant (Part-Time) right now, this position will be placed in Tennessee. The IT Training Assistant assists the IT Customer Service & Training Manager in developing, creating and delivering IT communica! tions and marketing content to increase end user awareness and understanding of IT projects, plans, products, and services. Assists in the development and delivery of technology training for NFIB staff. Works with the Software Development and IT Infrastructure teams in conducting system/application test plans and writing NFIB-specific technical documents. Provides response and assistance as appropriate for assigned inquiries sent to the IT Help Desk. Assists in the implementation of the IT customer-service strategy including measuring IT responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum two (2) years of college credit hours in one of the following degree plans: English, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
Interest in writing training materials, creating e-learning content, blogging and other similar project work.
Interes! t in working with software development and infrastructure team! s to meet end-user training and support needs.
Experience working with standard desktop software packages such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other content creation applications (Windows Movie Maker, SnagIt, Google Documents, Etc.).
Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
This part-time position will work twenty (20) hours per week.
