Our client, a privately held provider of specialty infusion pharmacy products and clinical services to home-based patients, is seeking a General Manager for their Nashville, Tennessee operation.
As General Manager you will develop and execute the strategic market plan to achieve the business objectives and budget expectations for the marketplace. Overall responsibility for the branch operation, including sales.
A summary of responsibilities includes:
Oversee day to day management of the branch to ensure that quality products and services are provided to infusion therapy patients.
Manages branch operations consistent with applicable accreditation standards.
Develops the branch annual budget.
Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
Participates in community and professional organizations to increase company visibility and to assist sales in the achievement of sales and profit goals
Monitor patient satisfaction and identify areas for on-going improvement
Directs infusion center billing, payroll, credit and data entry activities
Directs inventory levels for infusion and products
Requirements:
BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree (preferred)
At least two years of supervisory/management experience in hospital, LTC or home health care pharmacy setting
Minimum of three years Home Infusion Pharmacy management experience desired
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse customer group
Solid knowledge of infusion therapies
Familiarity with Accreditation Standards
