Kelly Services is hiring for a contract Bilingual Customer Services Representative to work at Nissan in Franklin, TN.! This candidate must be able to speak, read and write in Spanish fluently.

Job Description:
This position handles escalated customer issue resolutions regarding vehicle repairs, warranty coverage and consumer agency claims. This position is high profile and only the best of the best will do!
The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Intermediate Representative will be:
Utilize company resources to resolve customer product related complaints and inquiries, including answering questions regarding vehicle operation and warranty policies. Researches issue effectively and efficiently. These are high visibility, highly sensitive and often demanding customer requests. Follows up with customer within established guidelines, reviews and updates consumer affairs files with! proper documentation. Interfaces with field, state and third ! party arbitration agencies to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. Retrives information about customer and vehicle situation. Interfaces with field to formulate goodwill decisions and process claims payment when necessary. Coordinates vehicle repairs with dealership management and vehicle inspections with Dealer Technical Specialists. Prepare written case history and customer issue resolution reports as necessary.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two to Five years Customer Service Skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Thorough computer knowledge such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Filing, Data Entry, Typing, T elephone
- Long term contract position
