37 Milestone LLC is looking for a full-time Real Estate Lead Specialist Our Real Estate Lead Specialist position will help identify, negotiate, and purchase homes for our company to fix and flip. You will be speaking with sellers over the phone, building rapport, and trying to help them determine the best way to sell their homes.
This is the perfect position for someone who loves talking and meeting with people and perfect for those that want to learn about the real estate industry!

Responsibilities:
- Following up with prospects that are interested in selling their house.
- They are setting up appointments for the acquisitions team.
- Updating information in the CRM.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers and new prospects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use your knowledge to improve our sales processes constantly.
- Manage the lead funnel and sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in real estate.
- Experience with call centers
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a creative outlook.
- Must be driven and hardworking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- MUST be able to handle objections and be able to close deals the same day on the phone
- High energy and the ability to quickly develop relationships with people from all walks of life
Compensation:
- $20.00 / hour + bonus
