Salary:$37 – $39 Per Hour

We are seeking a competent Office Assistant to contribute to the organization and smooth operation of our daily administrative tasks. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in providing efficient office support and ensuring the effective functioning of our business operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and discretion.

  • Organize and optimize office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle the sorting and timely distribution of communications.
  • Create and maintain accurate records, ensuring the validity and integrity of information.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, promptly addressing any shortages.
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
  • Provide receptionist duties when required.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with “back-office” computer systems, such as ERP software.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment.
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
