Create Your Career Path, a small boutique coaching firm based in Atlanta, GA, is looking for a part-time to full-time career coach. Seeking a certified career coach with more than 3 years of experience coaching mid-career professionals on career direction, job search, and work performance. Recruiting and resume experience are preferred. Must be customer service focused, able to work independently as a contractor, organized and proactive with managing client needs and client billing software, and able to coach on evenings/weekends periodically when necessary. We consider full time to be providing approximately 40 55-minute sessions per month. We would move you to full time over the course of 3-4 months after being hired. Compensation is approximately $40/hour for client sessions, depending on experience.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Attending monthly team calls
