Part-time Administrative Assistant- Tech Savvy [United States]


 

5 hours per week to start with quick growth expected!

Ideal RE:

Very tech savvy

CRM experience

MailChimp experience

Have a real estate (commercial) background

Great writing/grammar skills

Great with client communications

Research experience (i.e. best CRM systems and why)

Excel and Google sheet knowledge (formulas)

Attention to detail

Strong follow through

PPT experience

Need help with the following (to start):

Investor engagement/communications

Help to establish 2 CRM systems (one will probably be ActiveCampaign which is an investor data base and marketing)

Researching cost effective CRMs (Zoho for example)

Working with AppFolio - cloud based property based management software

Tools used:

Google Suite

Office 365

WhatsApp

AppFolio

Zoom/Google Meets

Dropbox

NitroPDF

Yardi

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: Remote
