FocusKPI is seeking for a Partner Specialist who will support our client with their partnership at scale. Their partners are mostly consulting companies and/or software resellers delivering sales and/or delivery
support of our client's software for end-customers. In this role, you will focus on a large cohort of small partners and support them by answering questions, responding to tickets, keeping track of outstanding questions or issues and help them navigate our client's commerce platform. This requires you to have strong organizational and communication skills and you thrive by managing many tasks during the day. You work closely together with partner managers and other internal stakeholders, including support and commerce teams.
Work Location: Remote, anywhere in the U.S.
Duration: 6 months contract

Pay range: $27/hour to $35/hourResponsibilities:
- Support your assigned partners with their partnership
- Manage and respond to incoming questions, tickets and quotes in the territory for unmanaged partners
- Refer partners to enablement content
- Keep your partners in-the-know about critical, relevant program changes
- Help partners comply with our client's rules and standards
- Support onboarding of new partners through one-to-many delivery mechanisms
Qualifications:
- Interested in learning more about Partnerships and pursuing a Channel sales career
- Familiar with channel sales models and possesses business & sales acumen
- Confident interacting with a broad array of stakeholders, including speaking in front of partners and their C-level leadership
- Pro-active and knows how to breakdown, prioritize, and de-risk issues and challenges
- Fast learner with a desire to develop skills to tackle new tasks
- Confident with operating at scale, handling many requests at a time
- Productive and collaborative in a high tech work environment
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; Spanish or Portuguese a plus
