Human Resources Coordinator Job Description

This position is part-time, fully remote, and has a high degree of flexiblity. As with payroll processing, the lift is heavier early in the week of payroll weeks.

Duties:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate timekeeping using Paylocity
- Provide support for employee benefits administration during open enrollment
- Manage employee inquiries related to HR systems

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HR coordination or related field.
- Knowledge of HR systems such as Dayforce, UltiPro, Taleo, Salesforce, Paylocity or Paychex. We use Paylocity but experience with any HRIS is fine.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
