As front office staff, you'll be a friendly voice patient hear when they call our office and a warm smile greeting them when they walk through our door. You'll be communicating with new and existing patients frequently by phone, email, and text, making sure that current patients are happy and well taken care of, and that new patients understand why they should look nowhere else for their desired procedure.
Daily tasks include answering phones and emails, providing patient information, scheduling appointments, preparing charts, collecting and posting payments, sorting and scanning mail.
We are looking for a team player and quick learner who can multitask while maintaining a cheerful disposition and can-do attitude. Previous customer service and front desk experience is a big plus.
Job Type: Full-Time
Hours are weekdays 9AM-5PM
Salary: $20.00 to $25.00/hour based on experience + bonus!
