ALCGlobalSoftware is hiring multiple Business Analysts to join our Information Technology team. As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for bridging the gap between the business, clients, and development using several strategies to assess processes, determining requirements, delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders, and working with development to ensure a high level of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Hold requirements gathering sessions by identifying the right participants, preparing the appropriate material, reviewing the project scope, and identifying key assumptions.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of new applications and tools, by assessing the risks of various solutions and prioritizing competing business demands.
- Identification of new and complex business processes and strategies to improve efficiency of the operating divisions.
- Actively participate in all phases of system implementation including requirements gathering, functional and technical design, system design and development, testing and roll-out and support.
Required:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, or related field.
- Good Knowledge in gathering business requirements, business process reengineering, application testing and project management.
- Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team and to position oneself as much to contribute as to complement it.
- Good understanding in written and verbal communication skills catering messages to both technical and non-technical audiences.
