About the Role

In this role, as a core team member, you will transform the Return process in support of the Supply Chain’s strategic roadmap. Through rigorous analysis, creative thinking, and partnership with the business, you will help reduce the impact of returns for our business. This individual will play a critical role in collaborating with teams and brands to develop prevention tactics and process improvements that positively impact the Returns experience.

What You'll Do

  • Understand and address root causes of returns to drive change through data analytics and enable better decision making to influence brand decisions.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to influence behaviors and transform the Returns experience.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver projects and assignments of diverse scope within area of support under general guidance.
  • Conduct analysis focusing on root cause determinations to help address underperforming themes across the brands.
  • Communicate effectively with business partners, translating complex ideas into compelling, actionable recommendations and data visuals.


Who You Are

  • Strong analytical skills, including ability to review data/processes and determine/support solutions.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision quality: Able to use consumer insight to solve problems with effective solutions; an aptitude for critical thinking; a strong ability to work with complex and detailed data to drive insights and decisions.
  • Customer Curious: always asks the next question and seeks to understand and/or spark a new idea based on data.
  • Support teams in returns project solutioning utilize process optimization to drive solution adoption rates through your experience with root cause analysis and managing projects.
  • Proven experience in reporting and analysis (query building and data visualizations), MicroStrategy and SQL a plus; ability to quickly acquire new software skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks in parallel.
