DESCRIPTION:

Packs EMEA (Eastpak, JanSport and Kipling) is looking for an exceptional Travel Retail Sales Specialist to join our International Sales Team based in Antwerp, Belgium.

LET’S TALK ABOUT THE ROLE!

You as Travel Retail Specialist will work directly with the Sales Director – Distributors and Travel Retail to support day to day TR business and contribute to run smooth operations to fuel the channel growth. In addition you will play a pivot role in the launch of some of our brands in Travel Retail next year.

You will be the main interface with our customers operating Point of Sales in appr. +30 countries (primarily in EMEA but also in the CASA region).

You will participate to the sales campaign, twice a year, 1/ supporting the seasonal Go To Market process (define the assortment for the season, the tools, evaluate the potential, etc.) and 2/ being part of the showroom meetings with customers to present and sell the collection.

You will assist the customers in their requests (marketing material, staff training material masterdata, after sales). Together with our Customer Service and Credit teams you will ensure we are managing our orderbook and delivering our customers in the most efficient way and in a timely manner (purchase order, account set up, etc.) to maximize the brand performance in store. Ultimately you will contribute to the success of the Travel Retail Channel.

Supporting a global Travel Retail alignment across our different region but liaising with the teams based in North America and Asia to build global business overview and best practices. – Be global minded

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

YOU will make a difference, by being supportive and rigorous from a back office perspective as well as proactive and driven for customer interactions in a multi cultural environment.

You should be a young professional with a good sense of business and willingness to learn and grow in one of the leading lifestyle and outdoor corporation, with:

The ability to demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills.

An understanding of international business dynamics and process

A keen interest in people interactions and building partnerships

From an hard skills perspective, being proficient in Excel as well as PPT in absolutely needed. English will be your main communication language both internally and externally.

Ultimately: the ability to create and bring added value in what you do.

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Management or International Business are nice to have, but we are most interested in your experience (ideally 2-3 years) and professional achievements within Sales and/or travel retail. YOU as an individual will be the difference.
