Front Desk Receptionist [United States]


 

We offer both full time and part-time positions

· Provide general administrative and clerical support

· Mail, scan, fax, copy, answer phones, direct calls.

· Greet clients

· Be in charge of projects that will make long-term improvements to the office

· Sort and distribute incoming mail, documents, and correspondence.

· Order and stock office supplies

· Set up new clients and companies

· Assist with special projects for the manager

· Communicate with and manage vendors

Qualifications and Skills

· Working knowledge of computers and printers

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Excellent time management skills

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Teamwork

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

· Strong comfort level with technology and the ability to learn new technology quickly

· Fluent in English and Chinese

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
