Provide general clerical and administrative support for The Honors College, including assisting with all public relations materials. Assist with recruiting and adv ising of students. Also manage student workers, including peer mentors and student ambassadors.

Must be able to work some evenings and, very infrequently, weekends. Some experience with honors programs or colleges and/or some graduate education preferred.

Provide customer service to callers by answering questions and providing information.
Act as liaison between students and staff, faculty, Dean, or Administrator.
Schedule and organize meetings, coordinating space and equipment needs.
Compile and maintain records of student progress inside The Honors College, including honors contract information.
Prepare monthly financial reports for the Business Office and assist in reconciling budget at the end of the year.
Assist in producing, and distribute, a monthly newsletter for current students and an annual publication for alumni.
Send out invitations for special events to students and/or alumni and/or faculty and administrators.
Maintain and update the external website for The Honors College.
Assist in recruiting students at Lipscomb Fridays, Presidential and Provost weekends, and Advances.
Assist in developing recruiting materials for The Honors College.
Assist in advising students about honors requirements and about career paths.
Manage student workers, including peer mentors and honors ambassadors.
