 Job Duties

 Duties & Responsibilities 
 Financial management (not grant/contract related): Prepares Deanâs travel claims/meeting expense reimbursements. Prepares foundation forms for CCFA events/meetings. Pay Deanâs and Associate Deanâs organizations membership dues. 
 Duties & Responsibilities 
 Administrative/Clerical Support: Maintain Deanâs calendars for all appointment/meetings. Answers Deanâs extension and emails. Prepares all correspondence. Coordinates and schedules all Deanâs travel/events/meetings on and off campus. Schedules reserves event space and catering. Schedules prepare agendas and, where appropriate, take minutes of CCFA Deanâs Administrative meetings, including âTown Hallâ meetings with CCFA faculty and staff. Schedules prepare agendas, take minutes, reserve space/catering for CCFA fall faculty/staff meetings, bi-annual advisory board meetings, retired faculty luncheon and new faculty luncheon. Prepares communication documents. Makes travel arrangements. Assist office staff in scheduling appointments, answering phones. Maintains mailing list/contact information for deanâs holiday cards, and CCFA friends and supporters. Provides support and assist as appropriate the CCFA Director of Development with communication and special events. 
 Supports the Dean in administering leave and sick leave requests of office staff, including sending out email reminders to biweekly and monthly staff to submit their times sheets or leave reports. Supervises office staff with regard to arranging phone and front desk coverage throughout the day, staggers lunches, classes, doctorâs visits, etc. Oversees team/morale building events in liaison with the Dean and serve as the first point of contact for office staff. 
 Duties & Responsibilities 
 Faculty Support: Tenure & Promotion College Administrator. Chair & Faculty Evaluation college Administrator. Schedules faculty/chair meetings with Dean. 
 Duties & Responsibilities 
 Technology Management: Gathers and prepares data from CCFA departments at University Administrationâs request. 
 Duties & Responsibilities 
 Special Events: Conferences, Registration: Make all conference reservations including registration, hotel and travel arrangements.
