Customer Care Assistant

Location: Clarksville Tennessee

Description: Agero is presently looking of Customer Care Assistant right now, this position will be placed in Tennessee. DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: Provides high level of customer service toward resolving sensitive customer complaints passed through Client Services and Contact Center. Communicates with key service providers and client contacts in order to achieve optimal resolution by negotiating the best solution for all parties. Recommends and implements solutions balancing customer requests with client/company policy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Works as a liaison between the client, customer and client service managers in the day to day handling of all complaints
Resolves member issues within a ! specified time period according to client contract obligations!
Partners with the performance management and contact center teams to investigate customer calls, as necessary, before presenting complete resolution to client services and client.
Investigates customer calls through multiple company based systems to determine validity of complaint
Negotiates and determines appropriate resolution and any financial remediation, then communicates end result to the customer, client and client services, as well as internal departments as needed
Manages CRM to maintain complete files of all complaints to allow for proper reporting and analysis back to the client
Identifies trends through complaint handling and recommends improvement and enhancements toward greater account satisfaction
Communicates coaching opportunities or recruitment issues in writing to appropriate internal departments to ensure follow through on issues
Makes initial contact with all customers reporting any damage to their vehicles
Works closely! with Liability Specialists
Handles inbound calls appropriately
Sends out correspondence to customers, service providers and clients appropriately regarding complaints and damages.

Requirements:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma\GED or equivalent work experience
EXPERIENCE: 3 years customer service experience.
COMPLEXITY: Strong problem solving and organizational skills required. Works independently as well as part of a team. Requires strong oral and written communication skills, business writing and computer application knowledge. Utilizes sound judgment, diplomacy and strong negotiation skills.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Effective communicator both internally and externally, building positive working relationships with associates at all levels of the organization.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to work flexible hours as business needs dictate.
