SR BI Developer
Location: Nashville Tennessee

Developmental and Operational Design and develop enterprise ready BI solutions Data warehouse design, development, support and performance tuning Design, Develop, support and tune ETL processes Dashboard design and Report de! velopment using Tableau and/or SSRS
Participate in the on-call rotation to troubleshoot and resolve database issues
Investigate and resolve data issues as needed
Must be methodical and able to establish priorities
Must be able to recognize confidential data issues and maintain this confidentiality
Team Must be able to work in a strong team-oriented environment
Ability to handle high volumes of work without error
Mentor to, learn from, and backup other team members as necessary
Requirements
4 year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field (required)
6 or more years designing and developing dashboards using Microsoft SQL Server OLTP and OLAP solutions
2 or more years in architecting VLDB reporting solutions
Must have experience with two full cycle implementations
4 or more years of experience in data warehouse design and deve! lopment, including data modeling, schema design, partitioning ! strategies, column store indexes and performance tuning
Extensive Multi-Dimensional design and implementation experience
4 or more years of experience developing SSAS solutions for reporting and analytics
SQL Server 2012 SSAS Tabular and In-Memory experience would be a plus.
4 or more years of experience developing well performing ETL solutions using SSIS or other ETL tools
2 or more years of experience developing reports using SSRS, Tableau experience would be a plus
1 or more years of experience with VB.Net/C# .Net, javascript and HTML5 development
Strong T/SQL, MDX/DAX experience
Hadoop and/or Linux experience would be a huge plus
Seasoned in the full product development life cycle including requirements gathering
Experience developing and supporting mission critical applications that function 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
High motivation and commitment to quality and customer s! ervice
Strong debugging, performance tuning and troubleshooting skills
