Sales & Business Development
- Ensure targeted sales objectives are achieved.
- Identify, target and develop key municipal projects including development of a strong project sales pipeline.
- Assist in Preparation of comprehensive internal documents of each of these projects with the view to obtain internal "buy-in" to develop them.
Lobbying
- Establish and maintain regular contacts with water companies and other relevant water utilities and agencies in addition to developing new contacts.
Market Research / Partnerships
- Conduct market intelligence, company search and industrial study and to contribute to strategic business plan and annual operation plan including looking out for suitable
- local business partnerships.
Corporate Advisory
- Work closely with Business Development Head and other teams to conduct
investigations and provide business solutions & quality business plan to management
as well as business partners.
Collaboration
- Establish new approaches and techniques to achieves continuous improvement in allwork processes.
- Organize conference/training course to share study result and market knowledge withother teams.
Compliance
- Work in accordance with company policies and practices and in compliance with accepted business ethics.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
- Maintain existing and develop new after sales services (spare parts, maintenance, performance improvement, rehabilitation, etc.).
Requirements:
1. Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Chemical).
2. At least 7-10 years of experience in Municipal Water / Wastewater sector especially in Development of new projects.
3. Should have closed at least 1 Water Build Operate Transfer (BOT) municipal project in Indonesia.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp45,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Build Operate and Transfer: 10 years (Preferred)
- Municipal Water Treatment: 10 years (Preferred)
- Sales and Business Development: 10 years (Preferred)
