Customer Care Representative:
- Receiving inbound customer calls.
- Answering questions in regards to prescription plans, or refills
- Providing customer service over the phone.
- Assisting customers and members with their current plan or health plan.
- Possibly troubleshooting.
Here are the requirements for the position:
- Must have customer service or call center related experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Be able to work flexible hours
