Our client has been providing skilled construction tradespeople to contractors throughout the Southeast since 2007. Despite the difficult economic times, they have experienced tremendous growth. In f! act, they have averaged a 365% sales growth since their first year in business. Our client is looking continue to grow and expand our market share by adding a sales professional for their Nashville, Tennessee territory.Responsibilities Include: Prospecting and generating leads through in-person and telephone cold-calling Conduct client presentations and participate in networking events.
Meet weekly and monthly sales goals. Responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing business. Must have exceptional follow up and organizational skills. Ability to plan and execute a weekly, monthly, quarterly sales plan with minimal supervision.
Able to utilize a consultative sales approach to actively develop and increase sales opportunities. Able to implement and manage a detailed marketing campaign to increase customer awareness. Must be willing to travel throughout Tennessee. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business or related field; or equivalent! experience 2+ years outside and/or business-to-business exper! ience selling a SERVICE.
Prior experience in the staffing industry preferred, but not required. Prior experience in construction sales/mgmnt preferred, but not required. Prior experience cold calling and developing new business accounts. Prior experience maintaining and growing current accounts.
Proven sales track record from previous employers. Sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task under pressure. Self-motivated and goal oriented. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highest commitment to customer service and satisfaction Honest and ethical team player Prior experience documenting sales activity in company CRM.
Base Salary will be $40k with first year OTE $75-90k. Full benefits and 401k. This is a quickly growing company and there is definitely room to grow with them.
