Job Purpose :
Helps plan and implement Store Marketing! projects with responsibilities that include project managemen! t, special events management, working with cross-functional groups to provide flawless program execution, managing and updating status reports, serving as a key store marketing contact for store requests, exercising judgment to independently process and fulfill local and regional marketing requests. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision to support two different team members, reporting to the Store Marketing Director.
Primary Duties
Support and manage select projects within the development, communications, execution and fulfillment of Local Store Marketing programs.
Handle all execution related to Meet the Manager Program for stores, including scheduling, decision making on store qualifications, store communications, and program fulfillment with outside direct mail agency.
Manage execution of G.O./New Store Marketing programs
Coordinate coupon offer agreements and maintenance including redemption reports and program tracking reports! , working cross functionally with the merchants group, merchandise control team and operations.
Process check request for store events
Support corporate sponsorship programs as needed (4H, FFA and AQHA), including managing the daily reporting and store competitions for Paper Clover and Growing Scholars fundraising programs
Secondary Duties
Serve as backup for store requests and provide resources to meet needs on a scalable basis
Assist in maintaining the sponsorship request site and contract fulfillment
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree; 1-3 years work experience in project management of marketing programs, preferably in a retail marketing environment; any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Ability to work independently in a fast-pa! ced environment with multiple internal and external partners
Ability to effectively communicate, interact, and build relationships to support store network of 1200 stores.
Demonstrated skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
