The Clerical Support Team Lead is responsible for assisting the Clerical Support Supervisor in the daily management of the clerical support area through the effective use of resources! . This position is also responsible for assisting in the assignment of work and meeting customer service targets. In addition this position is responsible for assisting in time keeping, training and motivation of the clerical support staff.

Responsibilities:
Assists in meeting performance targets for efficiency and quality
Assists in managing daily workflow
Assists in performing quality reviews
Works in conjunction with supervisor in training of staff
Works closely with supervisor in coaching, motivating and addressing performance issues
Establishes and maintains schedules
Participates in the intervi! ewing candidates and makes recommendations

Qualifi! cations:
Advanced reading, writing and arithmetic skills required
Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications
Professional verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lead, develop and motivate team members to become top performers
Ability to manage change
Good communication skills
Ability to solve problems
Ability to set, meet and exceed targets
Good telephone manner to enhance relationships with customers and agents

Education
A high school diploma or general equivalency degree (G.E.D.)

Experience Level
Minimum of one year experience in most if not all of the above mentioned responsibilities
Language Skills
English required, bilingual (Spanish) preferred
