Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a superior Customer Service/Sales Administrative Assistant for a very well-known building product company in Downtown Nashville. This person will! be responsible for taking materials orders, answering billing and purchase order questions and general assistance for all business customers. This is an open-ended project role. 1st shift hours, Monday-Friday.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Professional and upbeat phone etiquette is required.
Working knowledge of MS Office programs.
Knowledge of building products, parts or distribution a plus.
Strong data entry and keyboarding skills needed.
Ability to read, type, use hands, bend and sit for long periods of time.
