Roadtrak Operations Support
Location: Memphis Tennessee
Description: Comtrak is currently interviewing Roadtrak Operations Support right now, this position will be placed in Tennessee. JOB SUMMARY: Roadtrak Operations Support/Customer Service personnel closely interact with our Roadtrak customer base and Roadtrak driver managers to ensure quality service and ass! istance is provided to both customers and our drivers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Communicate any service issues or concerns with respective customers
Set appointments for pick-up and delivery as warranted
Monitor customer trailer pools to ensure available equipment
Monitor EDI load offers/tenders
Order entry
Update customer websites as required
Research and reconcile customers on time service reports
Research and call on missing paperwork
Assist driver managers during peak hours
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in transportation preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
