DaVita is currently looking for a new Regional Revenue Manager to help manage the patient admissions, billing and collections activities of a team responsible for the accounts receivable of assign! ed dialysis centers within a geographic region. The successful manager who takes on this role will have a significant future of growth with DaVita.
We're looking for someone with proven management skills that can oversee teammate recruitment, retention, and development to maximize department efficiency and accounts receivable activities. To be successful in this role, one must ensure new teammates receive the appropriate training and support to effectively understand department, computer systems, their role, and company policies, procedures and compliance standards.
The Regional Revenue Manager will oversee all operations concerning patient insurance records, payer authorizations, dialysis reimbursement, secondary and tertiary insurance claims and following up on unpaid claims.
To be successful in this role, the manger must foster strong working relationships between team and assigned centers, encouraging communication and collaboration for the overall! benefit of our patients. In addition, this person will collab! orate closely (in conjunction with Director) with internal ROPS and external support teams including Payer Contracting, SMART, Claim Scrubbers, MMG, Insurance Management, Cash Posting, Credits, Patient Resources, Non-Contracted Collections, IT, Revenue Integrity, Imaging, Medical Records, Training, QA, SOX, Internal Audit and Compliance.

The position requires the following:
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Three to five years' experience in healthcare reimbursement, working specifically with collections required
Deeply built values of TEAM
Minimum of two years' related supervisory experience required
Strong skill set in MS Word and PowerPoint; advanced proficiency and analytical ability in Excel
Familiarity with Microsoft Access preferred
