Regulatory review of marketing materials. Receives and assesses marketing material to standards, federal and state guidelines, and policies. Works collaborati! vely within team, across functions, and extensively with Regulatory and Compliance teams to produce compliant materials. .
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews marketing materials for compliance to company standards, policies, and federal and state guidelines. Oversight of the marketing material review and submission process. Coordinates routing of marketing material through Regulatory review for approval by federal and state agencies, as required. Tracks requests. Assists in the design, development, communication, research and/or implementation of the organization's marketing programs. Works closely with technical teams. Develops competence by performing structured work assignments. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Receives instruction, guidance and direction. Identifies and communicates opportunities for improved efficiencies. Creates and implements improved internal processes. Highly collaborative within Marketing serving as a liai! son to the Regulatory team.
Entry Level Professional ! performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional role. Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts. .
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED. At least two years of prior administrative experience and at least one year related marketing experience. Adept at using Microsoft Office products. Ability to work on multiple projects with quick deadlines. Excellent written and editing skills. Ability to work independently as well as a team player on multiple projects.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree. Knowledge of healthcare, managed care, Medicare Advantage and/or Medicare prescription drug plans. Experience in production management, mapping and coordinating large-scale/high volume business plans and projects. .
