Description
PDS TECH is seeking an Operations Manager for a open position in Nashville, TN.
You will oversee and manage the operati! onal aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. This individual will review the status of projects and budget; manage schedules and prepare status reports. They will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives. The successful candidate will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degrees in information technology or a related field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience with IT Project Development Lifecycle
- Knowledge of Project Planning tools such as Microsoft Project
- Ability to communicate effectively with project staff and customers to solve complex issues
- Strong interper! sonal and written communication skills
- Experience with and knowledge of health care administration, including managed care, Medicaid and CHIP eligibility enrollment processes
- Experience with customer service centers, eligibility determination systems and electronic document management
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Understanding of systems design and development processes
- Project Management Professional certification
- Experience with and knowledge of health care administration, including managed care, Medicaid and CHIP eligibility enrollment processes
