Works with Internal Communications Manager in developing and implementing communication strategies and plans that link organizational goals with communication objectives, strategies, messages and vehicles. Works cross-functionally to assist with employee engagement/recognition, strategic planning, brand awareness and stewardship, fundraising initiatives, etc. Helps drive consistency of positioning, messaging and brand voice within the organization. Assists in periodic measurement and reporting of communication effectiveness. Builds and manages strong working relationships with internal stakeholders. Supports establishment of a fluid, dynamic and interactive culture of collaboration and facilitation at ALSAC.
