BenchMark Physical Therapy is looking for a dynamic self-starter to join their team as a partner in opening an outpatient clinic in the Tri-City area. We are looking for a physical therapist with an entrepreneurial spirit who is dedicated to quality patient care, possesses excellent clinical skills and is seeking an opportunity to learn and grow in their career. BenchMark is a well-established rehabilitation provider that is owned and operated by physical therapists with more than 80 locations throughout the Southeast. The Clinic Director is responsible for the overall administration of rehabilitation services within the clinic in a manner consistent with our mission and values.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, effective management of clinic operations and performance; supervision of all assigned staff in the clinic; and evaluation and treatment of patients. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program; licensed Physical Therapist with at least one year of experience; well-developed and demonstrated leadership and management skills; relationship-driven and results-oriented.
