Starbucks Global Planning & Sourcing Finance is seeking a business analysis manager to drive business case development and elevated insights & analytics in support of the organization. This role is heavily project-based and contributes to Starbucks success by performing highly complex financial models used for decision support and partnering cross-functionally to execute value-add projects. Additionally, the business analysis manager will be responsible for designing solutions and making recommendations, with clear communication to senior leaders and relevant stakeholders.

- Drive Solutions and Recommendations: You will be responsible for leading various projects and/or business cases focused on process improvement and strategic enablement.
- Utilize Analytical Skills to Identify Areas for Improvement: You will be required to utilize various financial and operational analytical skills to identify gaps and potential process improvement areas. You will analyze identified gaps / issues to determine impact to the business.
- Effectively Communicate Results to Leadership: You will be responsible for synthesizing financial and operational information and clearly communicating to all levels of management.
- Creatively Solutioning to Solve Complex Cross-Functional Problems: You will need to develop innovative solutions and drive best practices across the organization.
We’d love to hear from people with:
- Progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and business planning – 7 years
- Relevant internal control / process design experience – 7 years
- Applicable industry experience – 5 years
- Contributing to and leading cross-functional teams – 5 years
- Making recommendations to and influencing decision makers – 5 years
