A growing Special Education staffing agency in Los Angeles is looking for an energetic, determined, and money-motivated appointment setter to help build the business.
As an Aggressive Scheduling Specialist, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. You will be provided with a list of potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound cold calls, determining the appropriate point of contact in schools, and pitching the initial company introduction. The end goal is to schedule a promising consultation appointment between the business owner and the school. Your confidence, resilience, and ability to handle objections will be the driving force behind your success in this role.
Consultation = $Closed Deal = $$

You will be paid $20 per hour + performance compensation
The ideal candidate has:
· Must have experience in appointment setting and cold calling
· Have an assertive, positive, negotiating, and persistent style
· Ability to build a rapport over the phone/email with prospects
· Professional manner with a good English
· Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred
· Computer literate.
· Must have your OWN phone, computer, and Microsoft Office
Additional information:
· 1099 Independent contractor role
· This part-time position ranges between 8-10 hours a week; must have partial availability between 9-5 M-F
· Ability to work from home.
