Your role in our mission

  • Perform client management of Accounts Receivable information, and management of Accounts Receivable funds and resolve Accounts Receivable requests from all sources, including receiving, prioritizing, coordinating, and logging all request, and providing reports upon client request.
  • Log and track all financial requests, post adjustments, and coordinate adjustments.
  • Assist with client communications, as appropriate, regarding the status of their accounts receivable.
  • Collect, research and post account receivable payments to system as needed within contractual timelines. Preparing corresponding reporting templates and other summarized financial information as needed.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of Finance or accounting experience, including working with accounting principles and accounting software and databases.
  • Experience preparing financial analysis and financial reporting packages.
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability to provide accurate and timely revenue and expense projections, analysis, and reporting and strong Excel and MS Office skills and ability to learn other financial systems.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently to meet deadlines and goals.

What you should expect in this role

  • Must be a resident of the state of California.
  • Collect, research and post account receivable payments to system as needed within contractual timelines. Preparing corresponding reporting templates and other summarized financial information as needed.
  • The office is located in the Roseville area.

The pay range for this position is $39,300.00 - $49,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
