As a Weight & Research Coordinator you will be responsible for the weighing and research program for the assigned terminal.
Additional responsibilities:

Ensure shipments are properly classified and reflect accurate weight
Physically inspect suspect shipments for erroneous weights and commodity descriptions
Report information for accurate classification
Ensure customer satisfaction through pro-active involvement with Sales, Operations and Customer Service personnel, and by promptly addressing customer concerns
Make joint customer calls with sales staff to determine proper classification of customer products
Preferred Qualifications
Weight and Research experience
Transportation experience
Knowledge of National Motor Freight Class
Degree in Transportation
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
