GENERAL PURPOSE:

The Coordinator HR Learning is responsible for managing all aspects of L&OD related to program logistics and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong organization, planning, communication, technology, and interpersonal skills to the role. The Coordinator HR Learning will act as an L&OD liaison supporting program managers, vendors, and training participants.

The base pay range for this role is $21.39 - $30.91. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

AS, ASM and SM Associates in Stores and Exempt Corporate and Merchandising roles are also eligible to receive a Bonus based on individual and business performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage all logistics, enrollment, materials, presenter scheduling, and communications for L&OD programs (e.g., New Hire Orientation, Manager Development Program, DE&I Training), events (e.g., Field Meetings and HR Meeting), and courses.

  • Establish and maintain processes to effectively manage course enrollments, attendance tracking, collection of class evaluation feedback and the aggregation of data for monthly reporting.

  • Provide LMS and systems support to manage course offerings and support system configuration efforts.

  • Maintain content on the Ross Intranet site and draft and distribute internal marketing communication.

  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting using charts, graphs, and narrative summary to tell a story based on aggregated training data.

  • Facilitate and / or produce training sessions.

  • Support special projects assigned, such as (but not limited to) L&OD repository organization and clean up, HR Committees, Fun Committees.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 1-3 Years of experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task environment

  • Intermediate level practical experience with Microsoft Office Products, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

  • Work collaboratively with team members in remote and hybrid work environments, following through on agreed upon actions.

  • Experience with SumTotal or other Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus

  • Presentation or facilitation skills a plus

The position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States. This position requires the ability to use a computer, work as part of a team, and the ability to communicate with team members and others. #LI-Remote
