Jr. QA Manual Tester

Description: TEKsystems is currently seeking to employ Jr. QA Manual Tester right now, this vacancy will be placed in Tennessee. Detailed specification about this vacancy opportunity please read the description below. TEKsystems is looking for a Jr. Qa Manual Tester who will be responsible for working as part of an application support team on the business-side. The Medical Data Quality Operations (MDQO) team members perform:
1. Data quality testing for internal systems (OSCAR and Provider Education Tracking)
this includes:
a) Create test cases (in excel, word, etc. - manual)
b) running the tests
2. Analytics support (for data)
3. Data Submissions to Government
4. Coding Department support for the Medicare Advantage program
5. Data submissions to gove! rnment coding departments for MedicareAdvantage program
Most of this work is performed in Excel.
Top Skills:
1. 2-3 years manual QA testing- write test cases and test scripts from scratch and on their own.
2. Personality/cultural fit - must be highly analytical, driven, quick learner
3. SQL- basic scripting
4. Documentation skills (including user guides, system documentation, reverse engineering for BRS/FRS, etc.)
5. Support experience
6. Experience with Medicare Part C or risk adjustment and managed care terminology is a plus.
