Windows! Production Support
and Optimization leaders to design, build, deploy and support large, world-class enterprise-level solutions.
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Windows application: Windows Based Application support. Logs monitoring and alert's monitoring related to the applications.
Virtualization: Virtually connecting to multiple machines and execute batch jobs and troubleshooting the issue related to batches. Windows scripting is used for batch scripts.
Tivoli work scheduler: This is the Job scheduling tool current in use for CSB. Good knowledge of TWS or any job scheduling experience, how to search for job status and timings etc through TWS.
Lifepro commissions app knowledge/working with the HP service manager: Tickets/Incidents are raised through HP Service Manager Tool. Knowledge of Application support related issues and troubleshooting.
