Needs to possess strong ability to develop forecast from sales team. A history of working with operations in a matrix organization with a team oriented approach required. Must have strong recruiting skills and the ability to directly train and develop training plans for new hires. Must possess the ability to plan and execute a sales meeting. Must be able to coordinate with Finance Organization and Legal Dept. on all Contracts and related activities.

Description:
Responsible for the region's performance in developing fixed sites. Oversees the sales activities related to fixed sites. Supports sales team in all efforts related to market research, pro forma development, presentation to client and implementation of projects. Supports VP, Sales, in managing Region sales team.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Di! rects management of Directors of Business Develop, ASM's, RSS ! and Market Research Analyst and associated deals day to day.

2. Sales and Development of Fixed Sites. Works with Finance and Legal on all aspects.

3. Manages administration of direct reports in all areas including SF.com, Expenses, Perf. evaluations, PAL, and Sales Forecasts.

4. Recruits, trains and retains direct reports. Ongoing development of current team.

5. Develops forecast for growth in all responsible areas. Achieves budgeted results in areas of responsibility.

6. Develops and maintains tools and processes to organize and drive business.
