Proficio Mortgage Ventures is looking for experienced Loan Originators to join our branch in NASHVILLE. This position is for an experienced lo! an oringinator who is NMLS registered, no license required.
Proficio Mortgage Ventures is the mortgage division of an FDIC regulated bank, as such we have license exemption in over 34 states. Our originators can save thousands of dollars that other loan officers spend on licensing, continuing education, and testing.
Requirements
2-3 years of loan origination experience, especially focused on purchase loans
Knowledge of conventional and government (FHA, VA) guidelines
Understanding of the loan process/life cycle
Ability to manage a pipeline of loans
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and highly organized
Computer proficiency using a laptop and Microsoft Office and Outlook
Job Duties
Loan Officers will interface with real estate professionals as well as other referral sources to generate customers looking to purchase a home or refinance an existing mortgage. We will also provide le! ads.
The Loan Officer will work with his/her processor to ! make sure the proper disclosures are generated and delivered in a timely manner to the consumer.
Loan Officer will present loan options to the consumer and make recommendation on the best option based upon the consumer’s individual situation.
Work with processor, underwriter, and sales manager to ensure a smooth experience for the borrower and referral partner
Develop brand awareness for Proficio Mortgage Ventures in the local real estate community.
