Supports the Corporate Affairs team to devise and implement policy and process for organizing, developing and maintaining resources to produce qualifications, presentations, proposals an! d other written materials submitted to clients. Offer support in marketing the individual projects and on various trade shows. Attention will be given to developing solutions that simplify process and provide the most effective support/data to local marketing operations.
Essential Job Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. Responsible for proposal/presentation coordination with the graphics team including graphics, research and technical writing. Manage the production other needed collateral marketing materials including brochures, fact sheets, special handouts, direct mail pieces, advertising, trade shows, signage, recruiting, etc. Prepare award submittals. Maintain and promote corporate ! graphic standards (logo usage). Assist in the creation of news! letter articles for internal and external publications including newsletters, website content, and marketing collateral. Serve as a marketing resource for internal and external clients. Perform fundamental research tasks by navigating through various marketing resources such as Project History System, project listings, project sheets, boilerplates, etc. Establish and maintain vendor relationships. Must be proficient in vendor production process. Actively participate in outside professional organizations to build networks (e.g., Society for Marketing Professional Services, etc.) May coordinate and prepare Project History System forms and resumes on internal staff as needed. Development, organization and maintenance of boilerplates and reference letters. Involvement in training programs as directed by Marketing Director (may require travel).
