Vaco, LLC. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to assist the National Accounts Program with a variety of administrative and operational duties such as filing, data entry, payroll, reporting, and onboar! ding as part of the overall compliance for our clients. Assist team members with maintaining employee and client files and inputting candidate data into company-specific databases. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Serve as back up to Operations Director on as needed basis for payroll, time entry, expenses, billing, and other duties as assigned. Several of the daily/weekly responsibilities of this position will be deadline driven, so the ability to work and deliver with the appropriate sense of urgency is very important.

Job Requirements

3-5 years of administrative experience with responsibilities that involved human resource functions (i.e. recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, benefits and/or payroll)

Advanced excel proficiency a must including; pivot tables, charts and basic formulas

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook - REQUIRED SharePoint - Preferred)

Customer service skills to exercise! diplomacy in dealing with others and to resolve potential pro! blems and discrepancies.

Previous experience word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, scheduling, entry and retrieval of records, and database management programs highly preferred.

Ability to maintain and protect confidential information

Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, work under minimal supervision, proactive and have excellent phone etiquette

Professionalism and the ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization a must

Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly

Work with constant interruptions and distractions, traffic and noise

Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check

Additional Preferences:
Bachelors or Associates degree
