SMT Process Engineer

Reduce product cost and improve quality
Conduct failure mode analysis and develop corrective action plans.
Support new product development wi! th verification of production BOM's, line layouts and equipment introductions.
Complete process validations on manufacturing processes.
Develop, program, and improve all SMT processes.
Optimize setup/programs to improve equipment effectiveness.
Analyze defects to determine likely failure modes.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques including poka-yoke, Kaizen.
Solder Printing, Solder Reflow, Wave/Selective Solder. SMT component placement.
Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFM).
New Product Introduction (NPI).
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline. (Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical)
