CoLinx is expanding, and hiring warehouse distribution specialists for order picking, product put away, and order packing that requires lifting up to 40 pounds. We seek people with a positive outlook on life and a desire to work in a clean, safe, fast paced environment. Â
CoLinx will hire over 100 additional full time employees for afternoon and night shifts in the coming weeks. Applications are being taken at 1536 Genesis Road in Crossville. Â
CoLinx pays hourly compensation starting at $11.15 (night shift) and $11.35 (afternoon shift) for 40 hours per week with voluntary and scheduled overtime opportunities at a 50% wage premium. Within 12-18 months, compensation rises to $13.70 (night shift) and $13.90 (afternoon shift) depending on performance. Â The com! pany prefers to promote from within, and some hourly wage jobs! pay as high as $15.52 per hour. Â In 2012, 50 people were promoted in management roles.

Â The company is investing in automation but remains committed to a pledge that no full time employee will lose their paycheck due to automation. Construction will begin in t! he coming months on a 210,000 square foot expansion. After the expansion, the Genesis Road facility will have storage equal to over 20 football fields. Â
