We are seeking a detailed oriented individual to work under the direction of PBX Team leader to coordinate and ensure group work assignments are completed safely and in accor! dance with all applicable policies and procedures. The successful candidate will, complete personal PDR’s; conduct PDR evaluations with group members; provide input on position grading and promotions for group members; address and document and violations of procedures and policies; monitor training progress of group members to ensure all required training is completed; plan and coordinate work in department; ensure compliance with all MO’s PCEC’s, MI’s, recipes, PPS and SOP’s; review labor charging of time in Kronos/Matlink to ensure proper charging; staff as production needs dictate; conduct daily toolbox meeting with group members; maintain daily communication with Team Leader on any relevant issues; and work in the PBX production area as needed.
