The Location Performance Manager position is responsible for the overall operation and profitability of a rental car location within a local automotive dealership. Position Summary

  • Coordination of all financial reporting with Accounting department
Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day operations to accomplish location goals.
  • Deliver superior customer service through car quality and cleanliness, fast friendly and efficient service and a timely rental pick-up and return process
  • Implement and maintain standards of facility cleanliness, compliance to! policies.
  • Maintain brand identity throughout the ope! ration. Ensure all marketing programs are implemented completely and effectively
  • Maximize incremental sales, walk-up volume, specialty fleet utilization, and check-in revenue generation. Manage all issues relating to incremental sales and revenue items. Identify opportunities to improve processes through integration of technologies throughout customer service operation
  • Maintain accurate fleet records for utilization and risk management purposes
  • Work closely with dealership GM, Sales Manager and service departments
  • Provide a daily ops game plan to service manager, dealership GM, rental team
  • Provide a monthly result review â€" monthly close out report to sr. leadership dealership team
  • Strong understanding of rental software
  • Assist with ensuring compliance with Federal and State audits
Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent education and work-related experience
  • 2+! years experience with direct customer contact, sales, budget and P&L review in a high volume operation
  • Strong team-oriented leadership skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make prudent decisions
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport across the organization with peers, supervisors, both written and verbal. Bilingual skills a big plus
  • Working knowledge of all maintenance operations systems, including computer programs, reports, policies and procedures
  • Flexible to work 45 hours, Monday through Saturday
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
