Our Role
This role is responsible for leading the Operations Management Intake & Triage function by providing business ownership and oversight ! for requests coming into Cigna's Information Management & Analytics (CIMA) department. Analyzes & anticipates future organizational needs & trends accurately; has broad knowledge & deep perspective that bridge the needs of the customers, projects & organizations in order to appropriately prioritize and manage across a broad suite of production assets. Represents Information Management & Analytics production needs to the broader organization by establishing processes to collect & review inbound requests into CIMA, & acts as a clearinghouse for all CIMA production-based assets.
Responsibilities
:
Manage Intake & Triage
Provide a single point of contact for all requests coming into the CIMA organization
Establish and manage run-book & scripting processes
Route work requests into appropriate fulfillment channels
Quantify costs and provide high level functional & initial technical specifications for strategic initiatives ! triaged to the CIMA PMO
Build & maintain a sustainable service! model to the business units serviced by CIMA
Coordinate, facilitate & oversight of management operating reports for CIMAâs Production organization
Evaluate all inbound and outbound request for CIMA
Establish Demand Management review sessions where priorities are ranked & categorized
Continually look for opportunities to implement changes that improve our service effectiveness & efficiency
As necessary, design tactical solutions while keeping focused on our strategic goals and objectives
Demonstrate active & effective leadership in shaping CIMAâs Teams by:
Participating in the budget and expense management activities through effective planning, monitoring & forecasting
Responsible for People Strategy, including successful execution of all attraction, development, motivation & retention efforts

Requirements
Ideal Candidates Will Offer The Following:
Bachelorâs deg! ree highly desired. 6-10 years experience in healthcare field
Proven ability to manage a production team
Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
Demonstrated ability of managing through systems and measuring work.
Ability to develop and build teams by assessing quality talent and motivating/inspiring others.
Demonstrated ability to work within a large corporate and highly matrixed environment
Working knowledge of healthcare terminology with a solid understanding of the healthcare value chain and key stakeholder expectations / bias
Demonstrated experience working with technical and business personnel
Demonstrated experience working independently with limited direction / guidance (i.e. start-up environment)
