We have an exciting new job opening for a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to perform strategic planning, develop market share, and implement business development initiatives for a national Long Term Care Company. This position requires an extensive background in Health Care with a strong emphasis on Long Term Care.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Executive to take the next step professionally. A demonstrated track record for building health care census and developing referral sources is required. Base compensation will be generous with an industry leading benefits package.
Requirements:
5+ years of Nursing Home / Skilled Nursing Sales and Marketing
Knowledge of LTC regulations, eligibility, and reimbursement required
Expertise in regulatory compliance and reimbursement
Must have a demonstrated track record of improving market share and quality census
Must be adept at fostering teamwork, coaching, and mentoring staff
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Health Care required
Some overnight travel will be required.
