Very detailed Resident focused duties consisting of being able to work closely with the Executive Director in building relationships and strong communication with residents and families to aid in their adjustment to Morning Pointe. Also responsible for the orientation, training, communications, supervision and evaluation of all Resident Assistant staff members.
Recruit and select Resident Assistant staff, and provide initial and on-going training. Also responsible for the scheduling of Resident Assistant staff, call-in coverage, and work/shift assignments.
